How to use a Loofah sponge

Luffa (or Loofah) is a genus of tropical and subtropical vines in the cucumber family.

Wet the loofah in warm water for 10 minutes.
Apply soap to the loofah: better use soap than body wash.
Scrub your body with the loofah: The circular motion will help remove dead skin cells and is gentler on your skin than scrubbing up and down.

Rinse your loofah after each use. Use hot, clean water, making sure all the soap is gone.
Dry the loofah completely between uses. Put it in a place with good circulation so it can dry completely. Drying it out will prevent bacteria from forming inside the loofah.
