Holding that principle, our Yoni Steam Herbs are planted and dried completely natural in Vietnam and have not been through any chemical treatment. It allows us to bring you a product that is completely natural and organic although it means we have to face a lot of difficulties and risks during transporting and preserving the product.

There are risks that the package be crushed or deformed during transporting which leads to zipper bags being opened and moisture leaks in. If you do not zip the bags carefully after each use or store in wet areas, the same issue happens and bugs might be available.

We are deeply sorry if you experienced this issue, we believe that it is only a rare happening among all of our products. We are trying every solutions to perfect the packaging and preserving process to restrict this issue as much as possible. If you meet this issue, please do not hesitate to contact us to claim your replacement.
